Who qualifies for media credentials?

Reporters and photographers must be on assignment for a newspaper, magazine, radio station, or music, entertainment or travel related website. Freelance photographers and writers must be on assignment for a specific publication. We will not provide credentials for spec photography, freelance writers not on an assignment, or portfolio photographers.

Sorry, credentials are not available to guests, family members, or media personnel not currently on assignment.

With your media credentials, you have access to the following areas:

Artist check-in on the west side of the stage

Stage front

Dining area and bar where you can find many artists before and after their sets.

Please remember, we have two stages. The WestFest stage is located on 2nd Street North, next to the marketplace. No photographers are allowed on stage or back stage. While at the stage front, please be respectful of fans seated in the VIP area.
